Can I switch my subscription to another crate brand?

Yes, our helpful customer support team can switch your subscription over to a different crate brand. All you need to do is email us at customercare@kiwicrate.com with the child’s name and your new crate selection. The new subscription will become active at the time of the change and the existing subscription will read “Switched” under the Subscriptions tab on the My Account page.
