Can I cancel my subscription after payment has been processed?

Per our cancellation policy, customers need to cancel their recurring subscriptions by 11:59 PM PT on the day prior to their (billing) renewal date.  We cannot stop a shipment after crates have been processed. 

If you cancel your subscription by contacting customer care between processing and shipment, that month’s crate will be the last that you receive as part of your subscription. Going forward, you will no longer be billed for or shipped crates.
